Added Support for Arc Control (Almer app feature)
- Can now further develop features related to controlling the Arc via the Almer app (Torch, Volume, etc.)
- This will allow for easy customization of the Arc to suit the needs of the user.
Added Power LED statuses to give the user clear visual feedback on the state of the Arc's battery life
- ARC ON, not charging: Full Blue
- ARC OFF, not charging: Off
- ARC turning OFF, not charging: Go from Blue to Red as soon as shutdown starts until the Arc and LED turn off
- ARC turning ON, not charging: Go to Blue as soon as the Arc starts
- ARC OFF, charging, not full yet: Blue blinking (turn off when full)
- ARC ON, charging: Blue blinking (Full Blue when full)
- ARC ON, battery less than 20%: Full Red

Improved time-to-call from Arc cold start
- This metric could be considered the most important since it's the first one the Almer Arc is judged on by any new user.
